Escape from the city on an electrical assisted bicycle, complete with helmets that have integrated bluetooth headsets and microphones so you can hear the guide and family members without having to stress.
In fact thats the best part about doing the Appian Way Bike Tour, its almost entirely in the countryside without the stress of having to move through crowds or traffic. There are some short sections open to cars however, more so on Wednesdays.
As for the stops, there is a main stop at the catacombs and another big stop at the Park of the Aqueducts. There will also be an exquisite lunch of local italian produce bought from the local market Quadraro in a rural setting.
Although you won't have time to visit the market, you will be able to savor the tastes that only the freshest produce can give you during your picnic prepared by us!
Cycle through the cafarella valley on your way back into Rome through yet more farmland and wooded valley.

My girlfriend and I did this tour and it’s been one of our favorite Rome experiences. Our guide Laura was amazing. We had such a wonderful time and definitely recommend the private tour. A must do especially if you enjoy moderate physical activity while getting outside of the hustle of the city!
