2 things occurred that made me regret using their service.
1) They didn’t acknowledge us when we arrive at the waiting spot #5. They were in deep in conversations amongst themselves for a good bit. I didn’t want to interrupt. Someone from another company interrupted them on our behalf.
2) Our hotel driveway was under construction and blocked so our driver said sorry and just dropped us off right in front of it. It was a bit jarring since we didn’t know if they were even open. We walk around and they were indeed open. Bell hop said driver should have gone around to the next entry. I get this is on the hotel for not having a sign but the overall experience could have been better.
