An excellent service in a comfortable car. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I was with my two kids and requested for two booster seats. Often when traveling, taxi companies don't have child seats and/or booster seats, and we have to travel with them. It was a nice change and the cost was very reasonable. The hotel offered a transport service but it was double the price. Pleased to have selected Cabo Airport Shuttle.

Drivers both directions were great and vehicle was spacious. The only issue was the $25 grocery stop had to be paid in cash on site even after they emailed me the day before saying it could be charged to a credit card.

Upon receiving our luggage, my family and I walked outside to the waiting area to check in for our ride. The lady wasn’t around so we waited 2mins and then was able to check in. We proceeded to wait about 10-12mins for our suv. Upon entering the ride was clean and cool. Our driver (I forgot his name but he had braces), was friendly and super cool. He took the ocean scenic route and showed us neighborhoods along the way. We also stopped at a grocery store; 30min shop time and then proceeded to our hotel. Great ride. Returning back to the airport, the driver (I forgot his name too, but different than our arrival driver) was very nice. He took the city scenic route back and the drive felt a bit longer. However, we made it to the airport on time. Both drivers received tips for their service and thanked us.
