I booked the scoot coupe directly with this company Tours.sx, they were very unresponsive to confirm our booking, I called and emailed so many times before leaving to make sure we were set and they still did not get back. A day before the tour a lady finally picked up the call and said we are confirmed and will pick us at 1pm at our point resort, behold! No one showed up. Very unprofessional & disappointing. We just quickly decided to do an ATV the next day. Very terrible service. Zero stars.
