I was greeted by Julian immediately after exiting the baggage claim. He was holding up my name so that I could easily see it once I was walked through the doors. He greeted me with a big smile and asked me how my flight was. He made sure I had my luggage, before we left. I travel with a backpack and do not check in luggage, so I am certain that was somewhat shocking to him. Once we got to the car, I noticed there was a heart on the side of the car. He was willing to pose next to the heart for me. He drove through massive congestion with easy and delivered me to my hotel without mishap. Along the way he was able to explain the structures of buildings, give me a brief history of Albania and more specifically Tirana, he told me about Mother Teresa's link to Albania and Macedonia and advised of how close my hotel is to the park and their lake. He stayed with me until I was checked in and made sure I was alright before leaving.
When I left for the U.S. from Albania, Julian was on time (I was not lol). It was a very early flight and we had to leave at 3:45am. He got me to the airport and made sure I checked in and had my ticket prior to saying good-bye. I would say he has been the best transport I have ever had in any of my travels.
