Fantastic service from airport to the taxi waiting for us. Great communication with Marco. Beautiful Mercedes van. The transport to the hotel was close to our hotel with about a 5 minute walk. I give 4 stars because our actual hotel had a private dock and we could have avoided carrying our heavy roller bags for 5 minutes had the service dropped us off at the hotel. I did provide the service with my hotel name & address. Still the service was very good.

Got us to where we needed to go. It was a bit confusing as the captain was a few minutes behind due to traffic in the area. They will drop you to a main hub area where a van will finish up the transfer to the airport.
