Dick is a professional tour guide with good knowledge about the animals and nature. He was always on time and considered personal wishes.He also is a good and farsighted driver although the traffic situation is a real challenge sometimes. The reason that I cannot give 5 points is the bad condition of the car. The trip was too long to ignore it. Windows could not be opened properly, what made it sometimes really hot inside. One door opened itself many times, our luck that it did not open near a lion or other dangerous animal. Also during driving on the road it did not stay closed. Besides the inside of the car was very dirty, you should not take a new bag on the safari. It'll look 5 years older after it. The trip itself was a real adventure and I can only recommend it.
