We will arrange for you the Auschwitz Tour (the trip included also visit Birkenau). An English speaking driver will pick you up from the Hotel between 07:00-09:00am. The way by bus from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1h20m drive. An average time of visit Auschwitz is about 2 hours, Birkenau about an 1h20m. Our English guided tour starts between 09:00-11:00am. We will book for you all tickets in advance. Our driver will be waiting for you at the museum parking. Average group is between 20-30 people at Auschwitz. Back to Krakow between 14:30-16:30pm.

  • Confirmation will be received at time of booking.
  • Please note, that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz Museum & Memorial can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm.
  • A maximum of 15 people per booking.
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.
  • Two days before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location.
  • Since now, for all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museu.
  • Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Booked through Musement Local Day Tours. The bus stop was really easy to find and took about 1.5 hours to get there. The Tourguide was amazing, I am so sorry but I can’t remember his name, but he was so informative and knowledgeable, his English was perfect and he walked round at a good pace for everyone. He was really sensitive about the subject and made sure we saw everything. I learnt a lot from him and just wanted to pass on my thanks to him and the company. The best Tourguide I have ever had.

So informative and so very moving. Guide was excellent he was very informative...an absolute must for everyone..was very emotional but so glad to have been to pay respects to all the people.

Pick up was on time, although that said, never had an issue with any trips, I've booked. Austwich was sad but couldn't not go, it was so interesting and our guide was great and showed total respect to the people who were there. Highly recommend.
