We will arrange for you the Auschwitz Tour (the trip included also visit Birkenau). An English speaking driver will pick you up from the Hotel between 07:00-09:00am. The way by bus from Krakow to Auschwitz takes about 1h20m drive. An average time of visit Auschwitz is about 2 hours, Birkenau about an 1h20m. Our English guided tour starts between 09:00-11:00am. We will book for you all tickets in advance. Our driver will be waiting for you at the museum parking. Average group is between 20-30 people at Auschwitz. Back to Krakow between 14:30-16:30pm.

  • Please note, that the maximum size of backpacks or handbags brought into the Auschwitz Museum & Memorial can not exceed dimensions: 30x20x10cm.
  • A maximum of 15 people per booking.
  • A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.
  • Two days before the tour we will send you exact pick up time from your location.
  • Since now, for all bookings made for 2020 for Auschwitz-Birkenau tour, we need surname and name of every participant (the same as in their ID or PASSPORT). If we will not get it, we will not be able to buy entrance tickets to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museu.
  • Please make sure to bring with you to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, ID or PASSPORT, because the guards will ask about it before enter. Without it, you will not be able to enter the museum.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Organização sem qualquer falha. No transporte, serviço pontual, carrinha WV top, motorista muito competente e cordial. Na visita, não podíamos ter tido melhor guia, capaz de contextualizar cada passo e de responder a perguntas sem pressas. Possibilidade de encomendar um pequeno lanche. A visita correspondeu integralmente ao produto anunciado.

Communication for our pick up time was good. We were collected from our hotel by our driver, Zibi. The evening before, he contacted us to ask if we would like a packed lunch at the cost of £10. We declined this as had arranged with our hotel, but thought it was a nice touch. We were collected at 6.50 and driven to Auschwitz. There was no queuing necessary, and went straight through security. The tour itself, as you can imagine was very heart wrenching. I personally didn’t take photographs due to respect, but you were allowed if you chose to, apart from in certain areas. We were given audio headphone. Our tour guide, was knowledgeable, spoke very good English, but unfortunately was difficult to understand, as he spoke quite quickly. We had approximately 1.5 hours here, and then were taken to Birkenau camp, for a walk around, again, I found it quite upsetting, it must have been horrendous. E got back to the hotel around 3.30pm. Overall, a good day, our driver was excellent and would use this company again.

Tour was great and driver was good. I would say the only improvement would be 7 people instead of 8 in van. It was uncomfortable being crammed against the driver. A larger person would have really struggled.
