Our Segway tour was very well organised and run by Andreas our guide for the 2 hours . We found him to be really friendly, bubbly, he explained everything clearly and didn’t rush the safety talk and oractice at the start making sure everyone was comfortable. The tour was a fantastic way to see the city and sights . We all really enjoyed it!

Our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong address. We had to run (hauling our luggage as the shop had promised to store our luggage for us during the tour) to find the Segway shop. We arrived 10 min late and missed the tour! Trip advisor wouldn’t refund the fee. No tour and still paid the cost of 200+ euros for tour and taxi fees. At least the kind man at the Segway shop called for a return taxi for us, as it was raining heavily at the time.
