  • ＊On very hot summer days, it is recommended to change to Plan B course, which requires fewer steps and takes you to Chishakuin Temple( a hidden gem indoor temple) and Sanjusangendo Temple(famous for a forest of Buddhist statues).
  • The cab can accommodate four people. 3 guests + a guide, so if there are 4 guests, two taxis are required.

Wonderful tour, guided by our very knowledgeable and friendly guide Yuko. It was a very hot and humid day in Kyoto (and the day is a full one!), so if your day is similar, definitely make use of the taxis as well as the trains. We met a Maiko in Gion which was a definite highlight. Thank you Yuko for a memorable day!

This tour was great! Olive was our tour guide and she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the history of everything. She kept us on schedule and we were able to see 10 places in a day. She handled everything and called for all the taxis so no needless fumbling of google maps and train schedules on our part. Highly recommended. One note. ..it is a lot of walking some uphill.

Mutsumi is an amazing tour guide! Her knowledge about the different locations was very good. She was energetic and ready to show me as much as I would like.
