We had a fantastic tour. We were met at the Westin hotel by Bruno and Innes who was super friendly and highly professional making sure we were comfortable with helmets and Segways. Our guide Ines was amazing. She was incredibly friendly and guided us around the city so we saw everything we wanted to. Her knowledge of Zagreb was immense but it was also fascinating to hear her talk about the recent history of Croatia and how the war affected lives and impacted on her upbringing as a child. She is a great guide and is a real asset for City Segway tours. We never felt rushed and even overran by a bit with no complaints. We would highly recommend this tour for anyone with teenagers or the adventurous willing to try a new style of city tour.
