The market food tour combines a stroll through all 3 floor levels, guiding you through a food section, with opportunities for tastings, and a non-food section both of which embody the rich Hungarian heritage and culture that is expressed through foods and artifacts such as embroidery, porcelain, clothing and the arts & crafts.
You'll have the opportunity to wander through the market's three floors filled with vendors selling fresh produce, spices, meats, dairy products, pastries, and Hungarian delicacies. Your guide will provide insights into the local ingredients, traditional dishes, and their significance in Hungarian cuisine.
Throughout the tour, you'll have chances to sample a variety of Hungarian dishes. These tastings will give you a flavorful introduction to Hungarian gastronomy.
