Learn the secrets of traditional Italian vegetarian dishes all from the comfort of your own kitchen with simplicity and fun. Step-by-step cooking tips, free to ask all the questions you want - because you can enjoy your top chef just for you! After checking that everything is in order to start your class via skype, we will start the vegetarian course. My list of traditional Italian recipes is really long so together we will decide the menu. Savory pies, special recipes with mushrooms, with aubergines with tomatoes or courgettes or other vegetables at your choice and then again fresh pasta with vegetables, soufles ... stuffed vegetables as well as viagrets for your salads. "fast" class (1 hour 30 min) or an "intensive" (2 hours 30 min) Chef Vary will follow you as if she were in your kitchen, you will be free to ask any questions, you can ask to redo the steps or stop to get even more detailed information. We can support max 2 connections and no more than 4 guests per each connection

This was a wonderful experience for our anniversary. Chef Vary was very accommodating and gave us many options to choose from. We had a list of ingredients to buy well in advance and she made sure we were well prepared. The camera and audio were excellent. The meal was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be booking with her again!!

We had such a blast with Vany. The food was amazing!!! Everything was very simple but, my family thought I worked for hours. We made Gnocci, savory spinach and ricotta pie, and eggplant caponata. It was my sister and I, it would be great for anyone.
