Our walking tour guide, Guilio, whose first language is Italian, so his English was at best mediocre & a very strong accent. He was hard to understand & he was struggling at times to describe things in English. He tried hard & was conscientious but nevertheless not a very good tour guide in English. We have taken many Viator walking tours & this was probably one of the worst ones we have taken. Please ensure that city tours are conducted by native English speaking guides.
