We had great experience with the company. We had 3 hour quad and also scuba diving, and it was great. Mo, the guide, was nice!

We booked a combined trip - 2 Hours Semi-Submarine and 3 Hours desert safari. We arrived in the hotel lobby half an hour earlier and waited there for an hour, but no one came. It was difficult, but we managed to contact the travel company by phone. They said they came to pick us up, but we were not there. This is not true. They offered us the same trip for the next day. But it was impossible for us, because the next day we had to leave Hurghada. They said they would check if they could refund us. Later, an employee of the hotel called the travel company again to explain that no one had come to look for us either at the reception or at the security of the hotel. 5 minutes after this conversation they immediately came to pick us up for the excursions. We arrived at the safari camp 2 hours late and there was no time to complete the whole trip. Everyone was very kind, they wanted us to be happy and offered us different options. We chose to give up visiting the Bedouin village and riding a camel. We only had time to ride ATVs and buggies in the desert. Then a driver took us to the Marina with the personal car of the boss of the travel company. We managed to get on the last one of the day Semi-Submarine. I don't know why they didn't come to pick us up from the hotel in time. Maybe something extraordinary happened and there was a real reason for it. The most unpleasant and insulting thing for us in this situation was that they lied and blamed us. However, we are satisfied with the trip because we had exciting experiences. We are pleased that, although for a short time, we drove an ATV in the desert. We also had the opportunity to discover the corals and vibrant marine life of the Red Sea.
