I had problem with his booking. I really do appreciated that he willingly helped us to solve the problem without extra charge. This kind of businessman is rare nowadays. Karlo is honest, sincere and service mind. We took his private taxi service Tbilisi - batumi and the way back also. His team drivers are polite and kind. His car is good clean and in safe condition. Moreover, price is reasonable. I recommend if you have family like children or elderly people traveling with you. It is worth to take the private taxi with Karlo team. They assists you with your suitcases without asking. About driving, I had noticed all the way they are professional: drive safe and know exact way to go to the destination.
