This was our first visit to Egypt, and 8 loved the place very much, our experience with the balloon was safe and enjoyable,although I am usually a person who is afraid of heights,Visiting temples such as Deir el-bahari was imaginary,I felt like I was in a movie,I would gladly try this again

This is by far the worst tour company ever! From the very start, when I had booked their tour through Agoda (at least 2 months before my trip to Egypt) their response was always slow. I had to contact Agoda (I made their tour booking through Agoda), who would than contact the company and tell them to contact me. The company cited reasons such as they receive too many calls and messages through WhatsApp and hence they cant respond in time. The most disappointing part was on the day of the trip, they did not pick me up from my hotel at 7pm as per the itinery. Multiple attempts were made by me and my hotel to contact them. However, they did not respond at all. About 7.50pm, they messaged me via WhatsApp to inform me that my reservation was cancelled according to nile cruise availability and I would receive my refund in 3-5 days time. I was devastated and had to change my whole plans. I have engaged many tour companies before and this by far the worst and most irresponsible tour company ever!! I have asked some locals here and they have never heard of this company or their tours before. I would even believe if they were to tell me that this company is a scam and they are not legitimate. I strongly discourage you from making any bookings with this company. Dont be enticed by their low pricings or else you may have to change your plans like I did and lose your peace of mind.
