We will bring our guests into real Haunted places for a Full Paranormal Investigation, and record the entire night. We begin with a Paranormal 101 session, sit history, known captures, gear review and general Q&A. We guarantee that you & your group will experience paranormal activity. We have investigated these locations for years & will bring you there and show you how to communicate with them, ask questions, and get answers you may be seeking from the Afterlife. This is NOT a history tour. This is the Real Thing. We provide you with a variety of Premium Gear that we use regularly in the field and gather all of the night's events on UDH4k & UHD Audio. You will be given access to all original Audio & Video files so you can review and share evidence from your very own Paranormal Investigation. Guests can also order a fully edited video of their very own ghost adventure!

What a great experience! Kris and Julie were the perfect guides/hosts through the adventure. They had tons of paranormal detecting equipment and the Maryville Cottage site was full of spirits waiting to talk to us! I would definitely recommend this to other paranormal/ghost seekers and anyone visiting historic Charleston!

Met up at a bar so the guides could have a beer. Went to the house. Got to use some cool equipment but absolutely nothing happened in over three hours. Was never a skeptic until that night. Total rip-off.
