Lovely wee half day trip, very interesting and guide was excellent, would recommend. Not a lot of walking so good for people with mobility issues.

We booked this tour on September 6th at 5:00PM for the September 7th at 9:30AM tour. Everything was paid for and we were looking forward to it, especially our 3 year old child. We were outside the hotel at 9:20AM and at 9:35AM, I messaged the tour operator (Aegeas Travel) via Viator chat to ask if they were on the way. At around 9:49AM, I received an email from Viator that they have received a refund request from the tour operator and it was being processed accordingly. After that, we did not receive any email to explain to us what have happened or to even apologise for not turning up in the first place. N/A star for the tour 0 star for the tour operator's customer service 5 stars for the quick refund 5 stars for the Viator app/website user experience
