For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Lovely wee half day trip, very interesting and guide was excellent, would recommend.
Not a lot of walking so good for people with mobility issues.

We booked this tour on September 6th at 5:00PM for the September 7th at 9:30AM tour. Everything was paid for and we were looking forward to it, especially our 3 year old child.
We were outside the hotel at 9:20AM and at 9:35AM, I messaged the tour operator (Aegeas Travel) via Viator chat to ask if they were on the way. At around 9:49AM, I received an email from Viator that they have received a refund request from the tour operator and it was being processed accordingly. After that, we did not receive any email to explain to us what have happened or to even apologise for not turning up in the first place.

We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
