  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Puntuales, tour muy completo lo recomiendo lo único que para Coba dan muy poco tiempo, deberían dar más tiempo y acortar algo, se que talvez tienen trato en Coba para alquilar triciclos o bicis pero para los que queremos caminar lo asustan a uno que no da tiempo, y que nos dejaran, por lo de más todo muy bien...

Es un tour de ventas a bordo del bus, en realidad en tolum solo se esta media hora el resto del tour desde que te subes al bus es de ventas de repelente, calendario maya, licor y una parada en una supuesta aldea maya donde un chaman te hace una limpia y vende souvenires a un alto costo, no recomiendo esta agencia ni a 13 Baktum que es quien finalmente hace el tour.
