Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We will track your flight (subject to flight number being provided) and will factor in any delays out of your control at no extra charge, so you can rest assured we will be there.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was waiting for us after we gathered our luggage. Van was spacious enough for the four of us and all our luggage. Driver was pleasant and trip was uneventful, just as you would hope. Will use this service again in a week.

David was our driver both to and from the airport during our stay in Cape Town. He was very timely and even helped with our luggage. Being a long time resident, he was very knowledgable about the culture, current events, and landmarks that we passed. The shuttle was clean, and very spacious for our family of 5. We had to update our dates/times a few times, and they were very accommodating and always responded quickly via email. They even reminded me that I needed a round trip vs just a one way.
