locations and itinerary were great. Titan administration was woeful since being taken over by Saga.
Go with a company that knows what it is doing.
Instructions to book-in for flights were wrong, Boarding pass info was wrong. Hotel booking was wrong. Baggage label info was wrong-and incomplete. We should have been advised to log in with the “arrivecanada” app. Excellent rep provided labels on tour). Cruise with Holland America was a fiasco.
Our worst ever. Food was always cold (hottest plate was for the fresh fruit) Buffet was a bun fight at the OK corral as the room was way too small. Plastic glasses at the evening meal which was “nouveau cuisine” which left you hungry and my last meal of raw meat and gristle was just inedible (I would not have even given it to my dog) I should have sent it back but did not want to create a scene for our other table companions.
Everything was, money grab, money grab and extra. It was nearly a Bed and Breakfast cruise. The evening entertainment was a disgrace. 2 *45 min dances twice and 4 guys singing 45 mins once. Pathetic! Ballroom dancing hour was music by someone who had no idea of timing and rhythm. Ships music evenings , a Rolling Stones tribute band who could only play at 120 dcbls to disguise any musicality. and a blues band that played the same every night. Pool drained on the last afternoon and the last nights entertainment- a movie!!
Never again with Holland America!
At least the cruise was not Titans fault but the lack of detail to a very expensive holiday was.
Air Canada was dreadful. Breakfast of a cold bread croissant, no butter or jam and a yogurt in a paper bag was an insult, and we travelled Premium class.
We will never travel with any of them again.
