6-Hour Private, Customized Wine Tour of Sonoma & Napa Valley

This was our first trip to Napa, unsure of where to go first or what to do and I found the Bliss Wine tour on Tripadvisor and booked for myself and 3 friends. I cannot say how AMAZING our tour was and what a fantastic time we had. Damon was very easy to work with, connected with me prior to our trip to learn more about our interests, what types of wine we like and sent an itinerary for me to approve. I made one special request that was easily accommodated and we visited 2 other amazing wineries I would have never thought to visit. Damon shared information about Napa, the history of the wineries, what we were seeing along the way - it was a great trip. I HIGHLY recommend Bliss Wine Tour, we did do one other tour on our trip and it did not even come close to the time we had with Damon, my only regret of my trip to Napa was that we did not book both tours with Bliss Wine.

I had the pleasure of visit Napa for Business purposes but decided to extend my stay by a couple of days to truly experience Napa beyond business obligations. As business owner myself, I rely on feedback in the form of reviews and It gives me great pleasure to say that the 'Bliss' private wine tour is worth every penny and the experience exceeded our expectations. Damon was a pleasure to work with and was super responsive to Damon worked with us by email in sending us information to consider and a short phone chat to finalize details- We're wine lovers however didn't know where to begin to plan out a decent experience in such a short amount of time. Thanks to Damon, he was able to put together a great first-timer Napa tour that met all of our needs Gary our guide is so knowledge and was so attentive to our every need that day. We visited in the rainy season and had constant rain however that did not stop Gary in providing the world class care! He personally walked us to our check-in's at each winery with umbrella's. While we tasted wines, he kept us up to date with our schedule and gave ample notice with keep us on track with our itinerary stops. We were most impressed with Gary's quick thinking went it came to work arounds for our lunch stop due to the heavy rain and his willingness to make a special request happen we had asked of him towards the end of our schedule. Hands done the best service aptitude from start to finish! Thank you Damon & Gary for helping us create amazing memories on our first trip to Napa that we'll look back on with zero regret!

Demon was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend Bliss. Damon suggested a couple of local boutique wineries, based on our group's favorite wines and wineries, to incorporate into an itinerary that I had planned for the day. He made the process of booking with him, and scheduling other wine tastings seamless. Gary was our driving on Saturday, a chilly and damp day in Napa Valley and fog in the mountains. Gary was a champ! When we arrived at the first winery for our experience it wasn't raining (just overcast and cloudy) but it started to drizzle during our visit. Gary brought umbrellas into Peju so we'd have them for the walk to the vehicle. Gary is thoughtful, gracious, and kind...and knowledgeable about the area and industry. We really enjoyed our visit with him between wineries. And, we were extremely grateful he was our driver as we drove up and down the mountain to and from Pride on the foggy afternoon. Demon and Gary are wonderful! I recommend you work with them. We definitely plan to contract Bliss again on our next visit to the area. Special note - When my wife and I arrived at our local airport, a family member contacted us suggesting that we cancel or delay our trip based on weather reports about "the storm" by national media. We knew we needed more information prior to us canceling our extended weekend trip to Napa Valley; we wanted to know if we had something to fear or if it was just sensationalism. I contacted Damon and he was awesome! He was patient, kind, and extremely helpful as we spoke by phone, and he provided me information from a locals perspective. We got on the plane and had an amazing vacation in Calistoga and Napa Valley. Thanks!!!!
