The most memorable part of the tour was that we were supposed to have an English-speaking driver/tour guide but he spoke only Japanese. We were short-changed in what we paid for because he could not explain anything to us or find out what we wanted to do. Overall, I have been disappointed with Viator because of the 5 or 6 trips we purchased through your company, this purchase was not fulfilled properly and two tour guides for other tours never showed up and left us without tours for those stops. Those two tours were in different cities but were the same company. You would be better off not to use Japan Guide Agency anymore.

The most amazing 1 day tour with Mr. Kim in Jeju. He speaks English fluently and his services are beyond expectation. A few tour attraction places were closed when we were there but Mr. Kim brought us to amazing wonderful places that even better from the package itself. He brought us to a local small restaurant which the taste are super duper delicious and not that pricy. To summarize, I’ll give 10/10 to go with him. He is the best tour guide in Jeju I must say. Moreover, he snapped pictures for us patiently and were absolutely stunning.
