Our experience started off great over the phone but on the day of, our driver Vincent arrived in a very nice Cadillac Escalade. Vincent was about 15 mins late and clearly was not wearing deodorant. It was honestly so bad that the entire vehicle smelled horrible throughout the day. It was also our impression that he would talk with us throughout the day and tell us about the region, history, etc. but he didn’t talk to us at all. He was completely mute. We were most upset about his actual driving which my wife had to tell him multiple times to please slow down and don’t break so hard. He rode very very close to cars in front and behind and didn’t break until last minute. When we booked, we paid the entire fee and a 20% required tip. After the trip the company tried to contact us to get more money for tip and because our driver dropped us off an hour after the original expected time. Mind you, he didn’t want to go the Golden Gate route and was also not willing to stop for pics by the bridge. We also had to take charge at deciding every single stop along the way and got no tips or insight from our driver. All in all I am sure the company has good drivers but Vincent is not one of them. And for the company to then reach out and demand more money, I would not do business with this company again, no way..
