4 Days Private Tour in Transylvania: Sibiu, Sighisoara and Brasov

We have just got home from an amazing trip around Romania with George as our guide . George brought this wonderful country to life for me and my husband with both his extensive knowledge of the history and culture of Romania as we explored Brasov Sibiu and Bucharest , nothing was too much trouble and we can honestly say it was one of our best holidays we have had . We had great food in local restaurants , had a very comfortable journey in George’s vehicle and all the hotels were great with fantastic locations, great rooms and a good breakfast to get us ready for the day . Highlights include the 1.5 hour husky sled ride ( so cool ) Sibiu ,the trip to the ice hotel via the cable car , and finally a very lucky and safe sighting of a brown bear on our drive up to the Carpathian’s. We also had a very interesting final morning in Bucharest with George bringing recent Romanian history to life for us . We 100% recommend this trip and George

This was our first visit to Romania and George ,our tour guide was remarkable. He covered the significant places of Romania and explained in detail the history behind it. This made us value our trip more. George also made all the travelling and accomodation arrangements from day we arrived till we left. The accommodations were at well located places and we could experience Romania by walking by ourselves to all the cafes and restaurants. This trip is highly recommended especially to those who are visiting Romania for the first time.

I can't imagine taking this trip without George guiding us! When I messaged him for help planning our trip, he was always fast to respond and incredibly helpful customizing our plan to fit my family's wants and needs. He gives the perfect balance of spending time with you, guiding you through sites, giving you endless history lessons... but also the balance of alone time with your group to explore. I knew my family would have fun in Romania, but I wasn't expecting to fall in love with the countryside, the people, the history, the food as much as I did.
