This was supposed to be a private tour for 4 people. The driver showed up late and in a very small car that only 2 or 3 passengers could fit in. The car smelled like cigarettes and the back seat was ripped. Viator has done nothing about it and now only offering a 50% refund! Unacceptable!

Cristian was an excellent tour guide taking us to various Jewish sites as well as additional city sites. Along the way we learned about life under Communism. At the end of the tour, we sat with him for about 90 minutes talking about life today in Romania. Prior to the tour, communication with ther company was excellenta

Si no hubiera sido por Diana y Christhian nuestra visita a Bucarest no hubiera tenido el sentido que tuvo. No solo nos llevaron a conocer lo más más importante de la ciudad, sus edificios, centro antiguo, los escenarios de la historia, sino que nos hicieron entrar en el sentimiento de los rumanos en los ultimos 30 años. Visitar este pais y esta ciudad sin conocer su historia real y desgarradora hubiera convertido nuestra estancia en algo superficial. Ojala en todos los paises que hemos visitado hubieramos tenido una guia como esta. Muchas gracias Diana! Ah, y muchas gracias por recomendarnos el Caru cu Bere y el Papanasi.
