I had booked a Day Trip to the Black Sea: Constanta and Mamaia, from Bucharest, Booking Reference BR-887822454 on Fri May 27, 2022, Gray Line Romania. A night before this trip, I recieved an email from Gray Line Romania, "Unfortunately, due to some operational reason for tomorrow, we can't organize the Day-Trip to Black Sea" And I repled that I wanted to cancel and recieve refund from you. But uptonow, 2nd July 2022, I had not recieved any refund. Pls give me back my money, soon. Best regards, Wirat Tongrod, [email protected].
