I would left five stars but there was lack of communication tour company and viator but saying that the driver/guide was very apologetic and really tried hard to make our day special which he succeeded. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the history of both castles. I think this is a new branch of this tour company to offer private tours so still has a few teething issues.
Quality of transport was very good, very spacious and good air-conditioning, music. Given a bottle of water and chocolate bar when we got in the car was a nice little Touch.

This was an amazing experience! I was lucky enough to be the only person on the tour and it really felt as if I had a completely personalised experience.
Alex and Cipriano were my guides and they were the perfect combination of knowledge and humour. The banter between them added to the richness of the day.
We visited beautiful sites and we were very lucky with good weather so photo opportunities were abundant. We ate a meal together in Brasov, they definitely know the good places, and by the end of the tour I felt like I had had a road trip with two old friends.
When I return to Bucharest I will be looking them up again!
