  • The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was on time, 3:45 am, still dark and windy. He was very friendly and helpful. He made sure we both won’t miss the day of pickup by messaging me. Before we left US, I was paranoid botn for the airport and hotel pickup, but I was thankful everything went well.
