Stuffed chickpeas are a typical Abruzzo dessert, very popular even during the Christmas holidays. The taste is very particular and delicious, thanks to the combination of chocolate with other spices and, of course…. with chickpeas! Don't be intimidated by this juxtaposition ... It will amaze you! Enjoy a demonstration lesson on the making of cecio stuffed with Slow Food (Cecio di Navelli and solina flour) with explanation of the raw materials used and realization of the recipe lasting about 40 min.
