Our driver was great and very informative. I was disappointed to hear that we could not enter the Emirates palace due to capacity. All of the stops included on this tour were great and all staff were welcoming.

Bonjour, J ai réservé sur le site pour une journée à Abudhabi samedi 7 août. J ai échangé avec le guide sur WhatsApp pour préparer le voyage. Il nous a demandé de faire le test PCR de moins de 48 h avant notre départ. Il a accepté de reporter le voyage à date du 11 août le temps de faire les tests. Nous avons fait les tests( test environ 70 € par personne) Je les lui ai envoyés la veille de notre départ à Abu dhabi, et il m'a dit qu il ne pouvait pas nous emmener puisque nous étions de nationalité française et que la France est en liste rouge. Il aurait pu nous prévenir avant de plus il n' était indiqué nul part sur notre réservation ni sur le site. J'ai demandé un remboursement, je n'ai plus eu aucune nouvelle ni réponse de l'organisateur. Nous avons perdu presque 400 euros entre la journée et les tests Covid qui nous ont servis à rien. Je réclame un remboursement.

We booked tour during COVID and border rules are very difficult but we thanks to 247toursuae they guide was very well and help us to visit Abu Dhabi from Dubai our Guide name Asrar he is very professional and informative told us stories and explain everything about history and places that we visit everything was perfect and gone very smoothly, we are really thankful to this tour company and guide Asrar. Highly recommended
