It's a pretty and ordered town that is easy to get around and is popular with visiting families for its zoo and many relaxing public parks. Historically, Al Ain has been settled since at least 3000 BC, and the museum here does a good job of tracing that long history. It's this history that has made the Al Ain area the only site in the United Arab Emirates to be inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. This is also an excellent destination for tourists interested in the local culture. Top things to do include excursions to the camel market and regular camel racing events. Those with an adventurous streak will enjoy a four-wheel-drive trip up to Jebel Hafeet's summit

we sty in Fairmont hotel and we book the tour by Mr linish was to easy to book the tour with him start time was at 9 30 am and our driver mujeeb never stop talk we really had good time want say thank you very much to extreme Arabia

Le guide nous a rien raconté silence pendant les 3h aller retour de trajet depuis AD , aucune explication non plus une fois arrivée sur les sites de visite ,il a passé son temps au téléphone vraiment déçue Le restau est celui d un hôtel dans un centre commercial bref aucun intérêt Prenez un taxi vous aurez la même prestation pour moins cher

We did a day tour to Al Ain with young children. We paid only slightly more and had the car and driver/ guide to ourselves which worked really well for us. We were able to make some modifications to the itinery to make sure we could spend a much time as we wanted at the sights we wanted. Mr Mansoor at the Fairmont helped to organise the trip and made some good recommendations too. Mr Aneesh was the safest driver we'd ever had in our trips to the UAE and really made the day special.
