Pick up starts from 3.00pm to 4.00pm (subject to change depending on the pick up location). Please wait at your hotel lobby 15 mins. before the scheduled pick up. Kindly call and confirm with the local provider at least 48 hours before the tour for your exact pick up time.

  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Please contact the local supplier at least 48 hours before the tour to confirm your pick-up details. You will find the contact details in the voucher after booking
  • This tour involves off-road driving, dune bashing and sandboarding and therefore is not suitable for pregnant women, senior people over 65 and children under 6. If you belong to one of these categories and still wish to take part in the tour, you can book your ticket at the same price and inform the driver on the day of the tour that you will not be able to participate in the activities just mentioned
  • Children under 6 will be provided a baby car seat at no extra costs (without dune bashing)
  • Children under 12 years old are chargeable due to the new UAE law requiring all children to have their own seat in the vehicle. Children under 4 y/o must be on a baby-seat/child-seat as per the law and will be charged based on our child rate
  • Please be advised that in some cases henna application can cause skin irritation and rashes. We strongly advise you to check all side effects prior to application
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We enjoyed the Dune Dinner Safari with Capital Experience. Vimal was our driver and wonderful host. We were picked up from our hotel and driven to the sand dunes for dune bashing. What a fun experience! We felt confident in Vimal's safe hands while we sped up and down the dunes. We stopped off for a couple of photo opportunities and visited a camel farm. At the camp we had a plentiful dinner and drinks, watched belly dancing and a spinning man dance. We had henna on our hands and a ride on a camel. We didn't take advantage of the sand boarding but others did. All in all a great excursion.

The best part of my trip. Loved the experience. The camp was awesome, like a dreamland. The shows were spectacular. Especially the fire show. We hired buggies for self drive on the dunes for 30 minutes and that was the best decision ever. DO NOT miss that. Food was average. Only drawback was that they pish you to pay extra for VIP seats.
