For starter, they contacted me the morning of the scheduled trip to tell me that their Hummer was in an accident, so they could only pick me up on a Landcruiser. To be fair, they did offer free ATV ride or VIP seating as a compensation. It was far from the expectation of a desert safari in a hummer though.
Communication was limited only through email, and the driver that picked us up barely speak any English, so we were not sure what was happening. There was no visit to camel farm, and we went directly to the camp. The driver was good in dune bashing though, it was fun.
Camel ride at the camp was really short (it was 1 minute and 40 seconds) and the free "unlimited" shisha is a big let down. They basically provided two shishas that can be consumed only after dinner, in a camp filled with around 100 people, and expected us to share the shisha. More shishas were available for a fee (can't remember if it was 100 or 200 AED)
On another note, the desert in Abu Dhabi seemed better than the one I visited near Dubai. So I would recommend a desert safari in Abu Dhabi, but perhaps with a different tour provider.
