    We will pick you up from your hotel / Nile Cruise in Aswan and your Egyptologist Tour guide will pick you up by a private air-conditioned vehicle to travel around three hours to visit the gigantic Temples of Abu simbel which are situated by the southern borders of Egypt to the south of Aswan. On your way to Abu Simbel you will enjoy the beautiful landscape of Sahara desert and watch the Mirage Phenomenon which could be pictured by your camera. After you reach Abu Simbel you will wake along the shore of Nasser lake few steps to the entrance gate of the temples. The main temple was dedicated to Ramesses II himself, while the elegant small one built to commemrate the memory of his beloved wife Nefertary. The whole temples were submereged by the water of Nasser Lake which was found as result of Aswan High Dam foundation in 1960s, that made the UNESCO put extra efforts to rescue the temples and relocate them in this present site. Our tour guide will explain to you everything about what you can see inside the temples, then you will have free time to explore the temples and click some snaps for the temples and Nasser Lake. Then you will travel back to your hotel / Nile Cruise in Aswan

Hatem is very communicative and well organized. All our tours included professional tour guides who were knowledgeable and eager to share their knowledge. Everyone arrived on time and pick-ups/drop offs were well coordinated. Fully recommend the company, you won't be dissapointed.

Enjoyable experience! We highly recommend doing this tour with Egyptjoy. It was exactly as expected: picked up from the dahabiya dock in Aswan in a comfortable car, that's really important as the round trip to Abu Simbel is really tiring but it is a must visit place. The drivers were very nice and drove safely. Stopped on the way for going to the restroom. Our tour guide Rubby, who speaks perfectly French, was very attentive and knowledgeable. She shared interesting information on many things about the country. Upon arrival at Abu Simbel. She showed us what to look for inside both temples before we got in there. Abu Simbel temples are breathtaking and Lake Nasser surroundings is beautiful. Our tour included a very good lunch in a restaurant in Aswan at the end of the trip.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Extremely professional, responsive, and very well guided. Started the experience with a scenic drive in an air-conditioned car to Abu Simbel with a fantastic tour at our final destination. Then, we hopped in a felucca and enjoyed cruising on the Nile with Nubians and our tour guide. They cooked us lunch, dinner, and breakfast - while we played cards, hopped in the Nile, and enjoyed the peace and quiet. We stayed in the felucca overnight. We then got off the next morning and were picked up along the Nile by the same driver, visiting the Temple of Kom Ombo and Edfu before continuing to Luxor. Overall, the perfect two days. Thank you for everything!
