I have always had a good experience booking through Viator, but it seems that the local company they partnered with was very poorly run. The ticket had unclear information about whether I could be picked-up from my hotel so I used the chat function and chatted with multiple agents to confirm that I would be picked-up from my hotel, both agents confirmed. Then I waited over 1.5 hours at my hotel and was not picked up. I tried contacting the local tour company and the number they provided was not longer in service. The company and the driver were unreachable so I was not able to go on this tour at all.
