Driver never showed up causing inconvenience and spending extra money and time that wasn't needed. Poor customer service communication. We're requesting our full refund.

Driver never showed up after many attempts to contact him...another driver finally told my client Fard Lambert that the driver was sick but no one would cover for him...My client had to take a taxi to his hotel...This pickup was paid in full and I have not heard back from the company regarding my clients refund
