Ethiopian Tours To Danakil Depression & North With Omo Valley Tribes 15 Days

We have been on a 10 days,11 nights tours in Ethiopia and saw all the wonderful places like Lalibela, Danakil, Harar, Omo tribe that we wished for! We booked our holiday 2 months in advance. The initial communication was fast and smooth. After the first payment it was a bit difficult to get a confirmation. All in all the communication before the trip was ok, but it was not always fast and clear. About our guide I can only be very positive Fikru in Lalibela was professional, helpful and listened to our wishes, even when we didn't explicitly told him. Two friends of ours decided to join our Trip after we shared Lalibela trips. Fikru catered to their wishes as well. About the car: it brought us everywhere, but compared to most of the other trips the Lalibela vehicles seemed to be an older model. it was also not possible to use the charging stations in the car itsself. It's best to ask questions about the vehicle beforehand. About the lodges most of them were good. The Kanta lodge on the first day of omo valley was luxureous. The same goes for the EcoOmo tented lodge. The lodge in Turmi was fabulous, our guide told us that in the village of the tribe only the lodges we were staying was better. What we did not like was that we had to wait an hour at the lodge in Turmi because of the electricity issues because something was wrong with the power. It was all resolved, but when you pay this amount of money you expect this to be arranged accordingly. We missed an opportunity for a sunset in the Hammer tribe because of it. All in all we've had a great time in all the places like Harar & Danakil and I would totally recommend doing your Ethiopian trip with Aman Ethiopia Tours!

Po zakończeniu dwutygodniowej podróży samochodem z Shashą (przewodnikiem) i Sishą (kierowcą), Etiopia stała się jednym z moich ulubionych krajów na świecie. Sisha był najlepszym kierowcą, jakiego kiedykolwiek miałem po podróżowaniu po całym świecie podczas kilku wycieczek z przewodnikiem, a samochód był zawsze bardzo czysty i wygodny. Shasha był niesamowicie przyjaznym i zabawnym przewodnikiem i zawsze świetnym towarzyszem. Wyjaśnił tak wiele szczegółów na temat wszystkich aspektów życia w Etiopii. Wszyscy lokalni przewodnicy w Bahir Dar (jezioro Tana i wodospady Błękitnego Nilu), Gondar, Lalibela, depresja Danakil i Harar byli fantastyczni i niezwykle dobrze zorientowani w każdym obszarze/miejscu historycznym. Podczas podróży mieliśmy okazję spróbować kilku lokalnych potraw i przeżyć kulturowych. Zakwaterowanie było świetne i zróżnicowane, od luksusowego hotelu w Lalibela po kemping na zewnątrz w depresji Danakil i lokalny pensjonat Harari w starym mieście Harar. Gorąco polecam wycieczki Aman każdemu, kto myśli o przyjeździe do Etiopii. Fantastic journey organised by Aman Ethiopia Tours. Joseph was our guide, he speaks perfect English and was super knowledgeable about everything. He works incredibly hard making sure that the needs of all of his guests are met. Whilst we were travelling the office kept an eye on the situation regarding any conflicts in the north and our guide was notified when any roads were closed. We were definitely in safe hands. I recommend you change your money with the guides as Amanuel offers very good rates and the ATM machines aren’t that reliable, bring cash it helps everyone. I absolutely loved my time in Ethiopia and hope to return soon.
