Le meilleur guide en Ethiopie, Youssef m a fait sortir des sentiers battus et m a fait vivre plusieurs expériences, j ai appris à rouler le pain traditionnel au marché, puis j ai appris a faire des balais en fibre de foin, nous sommes allés dans une fabrique de céréales, puis dans le sous sol d une église pour découvrir une œuvre cachée de Leonardo da Vinci. Je suis une world traveller exigente, et non pas une touriste, je voulais vivre des choses locales, Youssef a été excellent pour m emmener dans des ambiances différentes avec beaucoup d histoires… je le recommande fortement.
