    You will start your city tour of Addis Ababa with the National Museum of Ethiopia. This is one of the best museums in quality and diversity of the exhibits. Archeological exhibits include the 3.5 million-year-old fossil of Lucy (or Dinkinesh – ‘thou art wonderful’- in the native language), a hominoid woman of the specious of Australopithecus Afarensis. The discovery of Lucy’s fossil in 1974 forced a complete rethink of human genealogy, providing that our ancestors were walking 2.5 million years earlier than had been supposed. The National Museum also contains many wonderful artifacts dating back to pre-Axumite civilization.

Luel was a great tour guide. The van had air-conditioning and was spacious. Luel has a great memory and knows the history of Ethiopia. I was even quizzed a few times! Passed with flying colors. Ethiopia has a rich history. I could have taken a taxi to the various sites on my own, but having a knowledgeable tour guide makes the difference. I highly recommend this tour!

We had traveled to Victoria Falls for a Safari and had a quick lay over in Addis Ababa.. unfortunately we missed our connection flight and didn’t have a flight out for 24 hours. It turned out being the best experience. We lined up a tour for half a day and had the most incredible time. Fitsum was absolutely an incredible tour guide. Has so much knowledge and really made this one of the best experiences my husband and I have ever had. I can’t recommend him enough. If we ever do travel there again I do look forward to touring again! If you find yourself there don’t hesitate to book a tour with them. You will not be disappointed.

We unexpectedly had a long layover and called this company they sent a local guide Fitsum Kibreab who I would def ask for once you get booked. Fitsum took us all over the city and we enjoyed the coffee, museum, local history. Everywhere we went we felt very safe! The best part was the local indoor market He took us into it had perfect mix of local and antique shops. Our unexpected time in Ethiopia was made amazing make sure to get Tour Guide Fitsum Kibreab once you book
