I cannot praise Ethio Travel and Tours for making our trip to Lalibela as perfect as could be. Everything about the experience was five-stars, from first email contact through the last goodbyes at the airport. Before the trip we experienced the best in customer service and thoughtful planning, preparing us for every step of the process. Once on the trip, the tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and experienced; the crew was professional, friendly and gracious.

Our travel agent at ETT office, did an outstanding job in arranging our 3 days 2 nights trip to Lalibela. He worked delightly to see our needs, and he was always available and responsive to our requests.

We had a fabulous trip to Lalibela thanks to this tour company! As a frequent traveler, I have high standards for tour providers. Without a doubt, this was the most seamless travel experience I've ever had.
