We went for specially hot air balloon trip, even after knowing about weather he did not inform us that tour is cancelled There were no other balloons except him which means he was knowing that we can’t fly that day He waited for 2 hours at pickup point (he kept telling us 2 min -3 min away) We went there after Confirming due to weather and waisted 200 pounds He didn’t refund our money or gave us any compensation His replies was rude

Our guide has been the most accommodating, patient, knowledgable, and attentive to our needs and questions. He even carried my backpack and helped me one time when i was getting tired climbing steps at Ephesus Basilica of St John. I would love to do a 2nd time visit with other friends and get Adem as our guide again of Ephesus and Pamukkale.
