Our guides Carolina and Daniel were fantastic, knowledgeable and great instructors. Both gave us tidbits of information about the forest and have great personalities and helped us along the way with our “not so good Espanol”. My boys really had a great time chatting with them and felt 100% trust in them. Thank you Carolina and Daniel. Don’t forget to tip you guides folks!

The Zipline Tour itself was great, the Tourguides also friendly and helpful. I gave one star because booking this tour was a real hell for me. Originally booked it for Wednesday, had a chat with a Viator agent prior the booking, to make sure that the driver will come pick me up from the hotel. No one came to pick me up. Spent the next 2 hours on the telephone to figure out what happened and to request a refund. NO refund possible! No service was provided, but you won’t get your money back either! I was charged additional $ 30.- by my mobile service provider for the call. Just horrible. Had to rebook this tour on the next day, the day I was leaving Costa Rica as well.

The views were great and the guide was good about explaining the sights animals and vegetation. We saw two toucans that completed our adventure.
