You will set out for Tafraout in an air-conditioned vehicle with your driver-guide. The excursion takes around 12 hours and you will cover a distance of approximately 400 km (240 miles). Enter a world of breathtaking beauty on this enthralling day-long expedition into the Anti Atlas Mountains. See how nature has excelled itself in a jagged landscape of parched pink granite, pale blonde earth, deep red-walled canyons, and lush green oases. Pass picturesque fortified villages, almond groves and fields bounded by daunting prickly pear hedges. Drive through valleys dotted with acacia and argan and marvel at the tree-climbing goats. Lunch (own expense) at the little town of Tafraout with its brightly painted houses and friendly Berber people. Browse the souk and admire the scenery.

Quelle belle journée ! Nous avions pris une excursion privée pour nous 4 avec l'hotel. Le Guide était super sympa et les décors époustouflants... Vieux villages nichés dans la montagne... 400 km de voiture sur une route de montagne sinueuse mais je n'ai pas trouvé cela long parce qu'on avait les yeux écarquillés... 45 degrés !
