I can recommend Majestic Agra tours wholeheartedly . They arranged a 10 day tour of north India for us and everything went exactly as planned. The hotels were great, the guides in each city were good and the car, train and plane arrangements were perfect. There was support all the way and the owner Sagar was always available via WhatsApp to give information or answer queries. All the guides we had were good. I would like to mention Tanvir Ahmad who guided us at the Taj Mahal in Agra. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the Taj .
