Great customer service! The driver was friendly and fluent in English. They sent you reminders via WhatsApp upon their arrival.

False advertisement!! There are no complimentary soda, drinks or water ! We had just gotten off the plane and went through customs and we expected at least water bottles on the shuttle like it stated but there was none . We were a group of 6 all parched from our flight and waiting outside for the shuttle and what was promised was an absolute lie. There were no drinks and non the less not even water !!

Did we get from point A to point B, yes. However, it was difficult to find our driver. There was no one standing with my name/sign as described in booking. Then took another 10 minutes for the driver to arrive. Sort of defeats the purpose of pre booking if we still have to wait. The booking detailed cool beverages including an alcoholic beverage for adults-this was not provided. Driver said the ride would be 1.5 hours (instead of 45) unless we paid a toll road, for this type of booking I would expect tolls to be covered in the cost.
