Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We provide a specialised service of private transfers to and from the airport to Estoril, or Cascais or even Sintra at the same rate. Our drivers are available 24 hours a day to take you or to bring you from the airport with all the comfort required.

The duration of transfers are approximate (it will depend on the time and traffic conditions of the pick-up day);
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

SCAM DON'T LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
I paid for this 3 weeks in advance along with another tour. I scheduled it for Friday morning pickup. No one even showed up, I called and they asked to pay cash and that I would be refunded for the payment I already made. Unfortunately they are now not responding to my emails, texts or calls. I will have to fight this with my credit card company.
