You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Very courteous person met us and walked out to the Mercedes Van. Also very attentive and friendly driver. Greatly appreciated the opportunity to sit back and relax after a long overnight flight.

We booked a transfer to the airport from our home. The driver, Nelson Leong, arrived early and waited for us to be ready. He readily helped us with our luggage (we travelled heavy!) and was thoroughly helpful and professional throughout. Excellent service. I will use TopTour again
