Return Details

Montego Bay, Jamaica We pick up all travelers on the date of Arrival and drop of at the designated hotels/resort and on the day of departure all travelers will be met in the hotel lobby and be brought back to the Airport.

My third time using Olando during my visit to Jamaica. Very friendly, great customer service and knowledgeable about places to visit. Olando was able to take us to Portland, Montego Bay and Negril during our visit and we truly appreciate his service. Definitely will be using his service again 10 out of 10. 100% recommended.

I booked a round trip airport transfer to our resort with island tours and I could not be more happy that I did. Now I will say upon arrival at the airport it was kind of confusing figuring out where to go as the sign with my name wasn’t made prominent enough to see. Once located there was a bit of a wait due to increased traffic from a festival occurring that weekend but nothing too bad besides we were on Jamaica time ????. Once our driver arrived he greeted us with a warm and friendly smile and proceeded to put our luggage away. Olando gave the definition of five star service and honestly I’d give ten stars if possible. He gave us a rundown on different areas and things going on as we passed through and was very pleasant. But the thing that absolutely blew me away was my mom had mentioned a spice she’d been looking for in the states but could no longer find. We made a stop for what I thought was him grabbing lunch, when he came back he had gotten 2 bags of the exact spice my mother had mentioned earlier. The joy and suprise in her face was priceless and I was in shock. It was truly the most thoughtful gesture I’ve seen someone do and the real meaning of going above and beyond. Needless to say this set the precedent for our amazing vacation and I believe fate brought Olando as our driver just for this reason. He is an exemplary worker and a truly good person. I’m looking forward to using this service again and having Olando show us around next time!

Great experience. The service was wonderful!!! We had on time pick up and drop off for both trips. The driver was very knowledgeable and really nice to talk to. I will definitely use you all again.
