Our driver was on time waiting for us at the Bali international Airport upon our arrival. But we got stuck at the customs clearance for nearly 2 hours. We had informed through text messages of our situation and he had patiently waited for us at the arrival lobby. After our pickup from the airport, he managed to sent us to our hotel on time for our day tour trip which we had booked beforehand. Thank you much, driver though didn't get to know your name????????????????
