After our poor first trip with this company, I called the day before our reservation to confirm and they told me one pickup time, just for them to email me with a different time. I then had to call AGAIN and confirm the time. I asked what car they will be driving, as we have no info on what our driver will be in and no way to contact them. They didn’t know. Our driver then showed up 15 minutes late, making us rushed for our flight, with no apology. On top of that, he was on his phone texting the entire ride while we were in there. Very disappointed in my 2 experiences with this company.

We got off our plane to take this to our resort… despite having communicated with this company prior, confirming, and showing my voucher, they did not have us on the list. They then had to make calls to their office which took a minute, and we ended up leaving the airport later than expected. They said “this happens all the time don’t worry.” I’m disappointed that this is such an often occurrence.

Our hotel was listed in Zona 2 on the map Viator had, but we were told it was Zona 3 when we checked in with Grayline outside the airport. They initially couldn’t find our reservation, but were able to locate it when they called their office. So we paid an additional charge of $11 to cover the additional distance to the hotel and then the representative waited with us in the taxi line and put us in a taxi. A representative of Grayline texted me during our stay to arrange our return journey to the airport, but we learned it is very easy to get a cab direct for much less .
