  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This is just a prepaid taxi service. The transfer would imply that a car was waiting to pick you up when you arrived at the airport. Instead you essentially have someone stand in line with you for the regular taxi service with a prepaid voucher. I had to wait an hour outside in the heat. Spend the extra $$$ and go for a real private transfer.

Pésimo servicio. Got them through costco travel for round trip transportation to airport. After they found out I wasn't interested in buying tours from them. They wouldn't answer my messages to confirm my departure transportation.

When we arrived at the airport we had no trouble finding it but we were dropped off at the wrong hotel and the day for the day we were flying back the cart did not pass us. We waited for more than twenty minutes at risk of missing our flight, they did not answer on their phones. Lousy service.
